The problem is not fixed yet, just that you guys forced me to shut my mouth with your lab report, which somehow says that the water is good. Being fed up buying bisleri bottles from the market, I registered a service request and the technician today told me that the filter is already damaged and I n...eed to get it replaced and pay for it. Simply PATHETIC. The problem started the day the contract was renewed and filters replaced, and I need to pay for it separately despite already paying the AMC charges. I am sure the filters replaced at the time of renewal were either already damaged or the service personnel damaged them while cleaning and replacing. We common people have no idea, how to check if the filters being replaced are good or not. I had posted the feedback on facebook page of eureka forbes and to add to it all, now I see the post has been deleted. This shows their concern for their customers.Read More

Dear Eureka Forbes, I have been a customer of Eureka Forbes for almost 9.5 years and time and again, it has been proved that if a problem pops up, eureka forbes is not at all eager to face the problem happily. I had my AMC contract renewal on 13th Apr 2015. The candles were replaced on the payment o...f renewal charges. They are not at all skilled enough to understand the problem. Request you to cancel my AMC and refund me the charges, I am willing to throw away the purifier and buy some other non-eureka forbes purifier.Read More
