Milton used to be a brand name a while ago. But the same is not true for now. I had been using a local brand's casserole for the past 9 years with 0 problems. After getting bored from it, I thought of buying a new Milton casserole.
I went through the purchase from flipkart and bought a Milton Trumph 1500 ml casserole. Within 1 month of use, the insulation came out from the lid and it doesn't fix in it any more. Now the casserole can't be closed and is become useless.
I called up the customer care and they took all the details about model, price, source of purchase etc. Got a call from their customer care after 3 days to tell me to take the product to their dealer which is 14 kms away from my residence just to get the product inspected. If they are satisfied, they will do the further processing. In today's fast pace world, who is the fool who would waste 3-4 hours for 350 rs product? Atleast, I decided not to be.
I feel I just wasted time on Milton, better I would go for Cello, or some local brand.
A big thumbs down to Milton. I decided never to buy any item from Milton.
