U think she did not try, i was along so i knw she tried like crazy ... but i guess indigo had got the flight overbooked, I simply didn't understand the reason otherwise ... and they didn't even bother to reply to a customer complaint launched at their website ... INDIGO SUCKS!!!
Exactly why would someone be rude? Firstly a person is loosing money , peace of mind and you have people yelling at you is that fair??
