Just to close the loop on this. I got the insurance and it looks all good. Looks like they had some kinks in the Online system which since then Metlife has cleaned up. There were two senior people from their technology and marketing teams who called to explain what issues they had. That was very hel...pful and gave me assurance that this is not really a scam. I've got the insurance now only time will tell how good the coverage really is. The best case if my family never has to use it! Read More

Glad to hear about your experience phamitus. Since I posted on Nov 12th, things have moved. A person from Metlife Marketing called and said that he would escalate the case and get things moving. They also explained that there was an error in the online system that since my application has been fixed.... Same week an agent picked up documents, I had medicals and got an email earlier this week that my insurance has been issued and that I should get it shortly. Waiting for the final docs to arrive. If it looks ok, then I will probably stick with this insurance.Read More
