Picture quality is far better in Sun direct. Access the channel through remote, it is so slow that it seems Pentium 1 machine with 32 mb ram and 5 gb hard disk.

Boss you will never get your money back. 48 hrs they take, but they said wrongly its not 48 hrs. it is 48 years. Same case is mine. I have stopped calling now and thought that once the service is closed, I will throw including the dish or sell to Kabadi wala to have some money. You are correct and I would suggest to all people of India NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM RELIANCE OR AMBANI GROUP. This releiance is also same as Indian politicians.
