Further to my experience with IFB, My friend who is staying next to us had a problem with IFB microwave. They called the IFB technician and this time they came after a week. After analyzing he said that the problem is with the main board of the microwave and they need to change the board which cost ...almost the price of the microwave(around Rs. 6000 if I remember correctly). Renu again. Recently it control panel got some problems and I called IFB..No use no one turned up. Lastly I gave to a local person to repair and charged Rs.2000 .

Hi I am renu again.Regarding My IFB Microwave again.. I have given a complaint again . this time They didnt turnup and after a month I received an SMS sayin that 'Your complaint has been resolved please let us know you are satisfied or not' I wontered How they can solve my problem in my microve oven... without turning up. I replied that I am not satisfied. Next day I got a call form their Kolkatta office enquiring about the problem. They assured my problem will be resolved soon.
