We have purchased a prestige four burner gas stove few months back. The flames were fine for few days and that they have reduced considerably. All the 4 burners are showing fault. We lodged a compliant with the prestige service centre on 7th July 2010. They never bother bothered to give a call or attend the call when we called up. We tried contacting the senior person in Bangalore. He said he will make sure it is done in a day. Still no response.I say they have pathetic products and pathetic service. There is no use buying these products. They are just eating salaries for free and selling their below standards products.We had purchased two pressure cookers of prestige. They are also of pathetic quality.
Request the concerned authorities to take action against the the stupid service centre and see that this doesn't repeats.
