Do you think that you can really fool your customers by replying to this mail and projecting as if you guys are very much concerned about all of this. Please stop this drama. People will see through your dishonest ways
At the time of need, when my vacation became a mess, nobody w...as ready to respond to my queries and do anything about it. Vijay, my travel expert, even refused to pick up my calls.
Much after my trip was over, around 5 days after my trip was over, I gave complaints and only after that Vijay gave me a call. Till then, he was not picking up my calls.
And after that TripFactory gave me a offer of Rs 3000/ discount on my next trip only if I removed my reviews.
Do you think customers are beggars. 1st, you guys thinking that I will hire your company to arrange my next trip with your company, is a joke. And you will give me 3000/ discount on my next trip with you, after cheating me with so much money. And all of this only if I remove my reviews from here and everywhere else.
No. I will not. You can keep the change with you. But people should come to know about cheats like you. Just by writing good replies, you cannot fool people about your dishonesty.
Also , I had a talk with Vijay after the mail I received. I was telling him how his company offer me money to remove my review. I said I will never do that.
His response was ''do whatever you want''. It's not my lookout. Operations team has to handle this. My travel expert is not concerned about any of this as he says Operation teams has to handle this
