Yes, what you have said in your review is very much true. I very much agree with your saying. I haven't come across this person when I was in Cbay, (Shiva Bora), but remember one thing, behind every deduction Biju's hand will play a major role. These people are just dogs in his hand wherein he has g...ot them out for walking and they can't go out of that son of bitch's control (Mr. Biju Thomas). Mr. Suresh Gowda, yes he has really got masters from Harvard, where Harvard people will be proud that their student is such a great person working in such a company. He is the most idiotic person ever seen. His favorite words are foor ferformers (poor performers) , ferform (perform). Clients and people at US will finally go dumb what this human being is saying to them whenever he address them through conference. I think there is no solution to these peoples attitude and being unprofessional, rather leave that prison as soon as possible and educating fellow MTs not to join there and save their lives.Read More

Yes, Cbayite, I very much agree with your comments. I came to know by one of my colleagues who is still undergoing his life sentence in Cbay Systems about this author pooling, which is making others who are not in Mr. Suresh Gowda suffer like anything. His favorite Charlie's Angels are many which I ...do not want to name work same as like angels and take home a very good pay by stamping others and the latest is deduction which is being made in the salary for no mistake of them. I can challenge all the TL's and managers in Cbay they themselves cannot do a single file without any mistakes if given or when compared to an OJT who is working at Cbay and the humiliation made by them shows that they are Mr. Perfect's and have never done a single error in their lifetime of MT. From today, my aim will be to see to it that no one joins this blood sucking company and educate my fellow medical transcriptionist's about this fraud people. ByeRead More

This is fact that every month one or the other way our respected business head (Biju Thomas) is ready with new salary dedu...ction plans. Please guys don't fall prey to this bugger company. Here at RMV branch, persons named Arnab Roy, Subhashish, Bessy, Divyanathan and to some extent Harsha are all bucket holders to Mr. Suresh Gowda and this long tall useless bugger who does not know how to address his staff on the floor in turn is a big bucket holder to his business head.
