Yes. I also faced the same issue. The portal goes down regularly as per their investigation. It goes down mostly in the night and there is would not be any support during the night time.

Incredible speed but not a reliable connection

Product Not Delivered Yet Even After Escalating
Snapdeal

I received the product but I'm not satisfied with how my complaint was handled. When I escalated this issue snapdeal promised a callback. No one called me back till date to explain why the delivery was delayed. Overall I'm relieved that I received the product. But very bad customer service.
