It's a combination of their Customer Care and a system to deal with errant orders (orders that don't go through smoothly). When faced with an order that doesn't go smoothly, I think their entire customer-care and logistics interface completely melts down and they put a customer through hell with ...their not responding to mails or giving promises and never delivering on them. Hi, Could you share the contact details of the people involved please? I've been after my order for 1 month now (1 month 1 day), and after 20 days of getting the item picked up from me (they had delivered the wrong item), they've once again sent me the wrong item. I'm certain that the custo...mer care mail id is not looked. I've sent over 15 mails and I've got 2 responses which are identical - so perhaps there's a system generated response that goes out every 15 days. Here's where they completely reinforce my original post on Customer Care and Logisitcs not talking to each other. Yesterday I spoke with Letsbuy and they said that the item not delivered was dispatched on Saturday. (out of 2 items in my original order, 1 was incorrect) Today - my 1 month anniv...ersary of ordering (LSB-714605) from LetsBuy, the customer care executive tells me (after I have been emailing and calling literally every single day for the past 2 weeks), that the item is still not in stock and that the executive I spoke with yesterday must have misled me. I spoke with Varun Virmani today. Barely 2 hrs later I get a package delivered from Letsbuy - and guess what? THEY HAVE ONCE AGAIN MANAGED TO DELIVER THE WRONG ITEM. They've sent back the very same item I had returned. If this doesn't tell you that they have ZERO systems in place to deal with when an order goes wrong, then nothing else will illustrate this to you.Read More
