Aria is a rip off. I got one easy and once I looked at all the fine print I cancelled fast. Your right in stating that the rates fluctuate but tey fluctuate rapidly and best of all , once I called to cancel they tried to bill me for 69.00 for even having the card ( which I still did not have in my p...osession) issued !
