Nair Cream Hair remover touts itself as being one of the oldest and most respected hair removeal products on the market today ..

NO WAY !!!!
I have no idea how Nair has avoided lawsuit after lawsuit with this product but the only way I can see that they could stay in business is that idiots like me run to the store and buy the product once and end up with 300 dollar doctor bills afterwards!
Yes you heard me right ... a massive Doctor Bill.
I used the cream , and I even tested my skin 24 hours before like instructed on the package..
The test spot was small and I had no reaction so I went ahead and began......
Not only did this product NOT remove the hair ( well some of it but I actually had to shave part of my legs anyway)
But after about 3 hours I began to have this numbing burning on the front of my legs ..Well guess what .. HIVES and an awful rash occured and as time went on I ran to the Urgent Care to get a Doctors opinion .
The Doctor told me that even though I had tested a spot the full impact of an allergic reaction would only occur once you made full application of the product ... so a test spot means nothing .... I found out the hard way !
I was given medication and told to consult with my family Physician in the morning ..
By Morning I was a mess .. My legs swollen and itchy beyond belief .. And after three days of missed work I was furious as well as swollen!
So after several trips to the doctors and 300 bucks later ( and That was the ammount my insurance did not cover ) I have sworn off Nair hair removal products all together.
I have written nair and submitted all the bills and No response ..
I can get an attorney which will be my next step ..
I can guarantee you that I will never use another hair removal product distributed by this comapny again !!!
