Yes, snapdeal customer care people are just for listening. Everytime when i call, they will start investigation again again from beginning. Everyday i am talking with them about 1-2 Hrs,and after long discussion they will tell that they will call me back after 1-2 Hrs and we will never ever get call... from them. After some time, if we call, they will transfer call to a new person, and we need to explain the problem again a fresh. I don't know how a professional company will behave like this. Everyday they will tell they need 24-48 Hrs, and i don't know how many days they will tell the same thing again and again. I never got this much of frustration so far. I never seen this type of people and company so far... Worst of the worst ...Read More
