I ordered for an Ab Toner exercise equipment from Snap deal and they delivered a damaged product(see attached pic).On 18/06/2013 I lodged a complaint to SnapDeal regarding the damaged item received and till now(09/07/2013)there is no response from snap deal side.My order no is 1030397376 and my complaint Ticket no is 2335452.
I felt totally helpless with the customer care team since either they say that the issue will be taken up shortly or kindly wait for 48 hours to resolve. I don't know what to do now.
Purely not a customer friendly website.
Felt like cheated in Snap deal.
