Hi antony_petro You are right, its difficult to start the bike if the self start fails, but I am using Unicorn for the past two years. With regular service every 5000 kms, so far i hardly used my kick start (not more than 25 times in 2 years). the battery takes care if you take care of it properly.... Also, Honda has given a maintenance free battery and it is completely sealed, which means corrosion will not happen like normal batteries. May be after 2.5 years, we need to replace it with a new one. In the mean time, if at all the bike does not start, the old method of pushing it in first gear with clutch engaged and suddenly releasing the clutch will help start the engine :)Read More
