I've been trying to get them to ''permanently resolve my issue'' (their words) for 4 months know. I have called Tech Support almost 100 times, been ''assured'' that my problem will be resolved 100 times out of which an engineer has visited only twice. One of those times they replaced the roof top re...ceiver and my power adapter but after that Tech Support was still saying either that it was an access point (tower) issue or that my roof top receiver was ''dropping packets''. If that's true, then it means that Tikona uses substandard equipment. That would make sense since their customer service is also sub standard.Read More

Alok, I have to ''soft boot'' my connection 3 to 4 times a day. That is ridiculous. I have to call them 3 to 5 times a week (this week, everyday except the 4th because I wasn't home on the 4th). Their staff is ill-trained and it seems to me that those in any position to make any decisions have told ...their tech support and customer ''don't'' care staff to stick to the stupid script where they will ''assure'' you that your problem will be permanently fixed. I've been ''assured'' by them about 80 times and out of that, an engineer has come twice.
