Even adter following up daily thru emails and calling call center, nothing worked out. I still have the same issue. Guys, Pl suggest on how to approach the consumer court. Anything to take care of Thanks

As I said earlier, I didnt have major issues until 6 months. But once I had this connection issue, I am disappointed. From 20 days, I calling everyday, emailing every day. Every customer service executive says the same thing i mentioned in the post... but nothing happens... the issue still persists......I have been emailing Sunil Nair (Appellate Authority).... but no progress... I am planning to move consumer court on this... Another issue I am facing every month is, I am not able to pay bills online using the portal.... every month I have to try atleast 3 to 4 times.... then one day it will work... meanwhile I will get automated calls to pay my bills... very much disappointed with the serviceRead More
