I am undergoing exactly the same experience right now. Ordered a wall unit and a bookshelf from the Marthanahalli showroom. After several weeks, these guys are still struggling to schedule a delivery and find a fitter to assemble. Each team (sales, warehouse, truck drivers, fitters, etc) seems to wo...rk selfishly without any mutual coordination and teamwork. It's a pity! And an insult to paying customers like us, and an even bigger insult to the HomeTown and Future Group brands and their customer-focused philosophy!
