i have again contact to ebay customer care and they told me your claimed has been canceled. this means i have lost my ordered product due to returned and also lost my money. This is disgusting, how they can cancel my claim until it not resolved.

Every company wants to remove negative comments and they talk to customer in order to resolve their customers problems and try to resolve them as early as possible which is a good thing. and this our responsibility if our issue has been solved then we should put the +ive reviews. some times company ...delay in solving issue but point is our problem has been solved then why not put a genuine comment . I have also faced many problems but thank god, all issues have been solved in very less time. Cheers!Read More

As i have purchased many products from healthgenie, i am very impressed because i got delivery on time and when ever we found any defect in my product, i have call to customer care of healthgenie and get quick solution.
Healthgenie believes makes their best efforts to solve these matters as so...on as possible to convert the customer in their long term relationship pocket, and to build the repo of the organisation as all companies try to do and time to time ther are updating best their services. Mostly the customers queries were solved, but the problem is that after solving their issues they are not visiting again to this review site to alter it positive. And after consulting the customers, got to know that there is a problem in mouth shut review that the post can't be deleted.Read More
