I had placed an order no.100014530 for digital weight machine and I got delivery on time but when I checked my products they were damaged.
I feared that my money for this product has gone wasted but when I called to customer care on healthgenie.in and told about my damaged products and requested for replacement he redelivered my product in a few days.
Thanks to Healthgenie that has replaced my damaged products without taking any extra charges.
