This can be closed. I hope the lessons have been learnt and no other customer will face the problems that I faced. Thanks to Mouthshut.com. Of all the people that I dealt with in myntra (which was quite a few!), I would like to point out that Chirag showed good customer service.

The order number is (was!) 1586125. You can see for yourself what a mess you created while handling this order and your support guys were giving false promises - so much for credibility!
