I was looking out for a 2011 diary since I had made a resolution to use one at work place religiously. Hence I decided to order one online (since I was used to really good online service when shopping from UK websites).
The good bit ends there - I then had a misfortune of finding myntra.com while searching in Google. I decided to go for a corporate diary and order one just a week before Christmas and made the payment. I was promised that I will get it in 7 days (or did they mean years!) but that didnt happen.
Tried calling them on their "customer service" numbers - one of them is always busy, the 2nd one shows as rejected in my mobile. In my 18 attempts, I managed to get through on the 3rd number. I was told that the diary was out of stock - when I queried why I was not told before, they said that it was busy period and they have had a lot of issues. So the "nice guy" there said that given the issues, he will upgrade it to a more costlier. Guess what? No diary even after 2 weeks. Then when I got through, the guy said that he will take upon him to ensure that this time it will work and gave promises of credibility. What happens next at myntra? You guessed it, again nothing turns up. This time I give him a peice of my mind and cancel my order and promptly am told that I will get refund in 7 days (yet to get it).
When I told the guy that I wanted to speak to his manager, he says none of the managers are in - it was 10:30 am - no wonder what a loser this company is!!!
I am now without a diary, extremely terrible online experience and lesson on how not to run a company.
