There is a TL by the name Imran Mujavar (you gussed it it right he is low on education lives in mumbra and you guessed it right he is very unprofessional, Abuses in a street language (BC, MC) to professionals)He has a habit of taking bribes from his team members by Treatening them that he will fire/...effect incentives/screw up holidays, He moves round in Lester saying that properitor Ramesh Kotari is very close to him Let me tell you a real incident, few of the employees got best Upseller award and award was few sodexo coupons... now TL Imran Mujavar comes and takes back these coupons for himself from winners by treatening them, why does management give such awards? if they want to humilate engineers, Note to management Do give Incentives directly to bank account of employees...
