Lester is very bad company to work for. Their manager doesn't think about your problem. They will aske you to leave immediately without giving proper reason.They will not pay you, your salary for the month also.Their interview standard is very low. Any one can pass their interview.None of the employee of lester know, when will be their last working day in the company, they can be asked to leave anytime
