Hired a painter from Nerolac Master Painter website named Imtiyaz for getting my house painted in Noida, The guy ran away after taking the money in between. Complained to Nerolac(they wasted 2 months) end result zero

I feel amused to Look at the time lag the 2013 incident they never tried to address and now in 2015 they are trying to assume it was resolved. It is laughable.

I am not sure what MakeMyTrip is trying to do by making a tie-up with MouthShut. MakeMyTrip was never serious they are just trying to play some social tactics to portray their customer responsiveness but I am happy once a frequent traveller making a round trip every alternate month. I have not made ...a single booking through MakeMyTrip since then and will not make one in future also. All please be cautious when dealing with companies like this who try to put a smiley face but never try to resolve or address any consumer concerns.Read More

So unfortunate inspite of tie up with Mouthshut, MakeMyTrip just took the information waisted all the time and just sat on it. Didn't had even the courtesy to respond back to all the details they had requested again on this forum.

CIBIL is just for the benefits of banks like institutions, they don't have any information verification mechanism, they get paid by these institutions and the information is totally biased to these institution advantage, with all the burden on individuals to get the wrong information corrected. We w...ill have to awaken the government to regulate and pass strong measures in favor of common man (aam admi). Did anyone filed a court case against them for such negligence. Critical information like credit report should be given free to all consumers and if CIBIL is just another money making machine, we should stand for getting it regulated by government and forcing them to offer free credit report instant...ly their prime source of earning is credit institutions and they will always be biased towards them. At times there are entries made in the report which is not informed to individuals and Government should enforce all such events to be made available free of cost to individuals.Read More

Hope someone senior in your organization would look into this and make a apt judgement, my last attempt to contact someone senior in the organization was never paid attention and was ignored.
Hope you realized after making 20-30 bookings from your website. I have not made a... single booking using your website nor have my acquaintances.

Chronology of Events:-
Booked the return flight tkt along with the cab pick-up from Pune to Delhi .
The flight was early in the morning around 6AM. The cab never turned up and was difficult to manage another cab at that hour at such short notice. Missed the flight.
Called the MMTP support to look for any alternate flight in the evening. The rep was not able to help me with the flight, ultimately myself had to look for best option and booked Air India flight next morning from Mumbai.
Rep told the only way to process refund is to cancel the ticket. On cancelling the ticket both the onward and well as return journey ticket was cancelled. Rep never told I will not be getting any refund for the return ticket. (Why would someone cancel a ticket for which there is no refund and when he had to travel back) Called make my trip 8-9 times during this period everytime responded by different rep. kept inquiring about the refund, kept inquiring about the different promotional catch for my earlier reservations for my new reservation which was next week. the same day as this return ticket.
My return ticket was cancelled, did not even gave me the same price return ticket and did not even return me any fare back.
Think like human, how much frustration dealing with your rep in this whole episode calling 8-9 times and not getting any adequate help. and to blast it all no refund after so much inconvenience and so much calling and following up. Hear to all the calls made to your 8-9 reps.Read More
