My Order Number is 22419856, and it's already 6th weeks from the date of return. More than this specific order number, key question is on the general process and customer service. What are you doing to improve it?

Same issue here...they sent me a defective product Once I returned it, they are asking for 10 more days for last 4 weeks. Completely Unethical company. Avoid like a plague!!!
