Nice review buddy. Please read my review on apache 'Biking Ethics' ... Mileage i am getiing 65+= , all excellent , no false neutrals , no hard gear box etc .. But I am a racer and has 5.10 height. Comfort is becoming a problem now because of vibrations above 80 which are not there in UNICORN. ... One advice to all : Never use TVS engine oil , use only Castrol engine oil for extra mileage and superior performanceRead More

Suresh has given a very right review . I own a apache .. mileage 65 =+ , smooth gearbox , no false neutrals , looks stunning ...... BUT wait here ... Speed 80+ ..entire bike shakes .. speed 60=+ handle shakes ... definetely not a speedster ... best in the class is UNICORN ... speed 100+ super stable... and comfortable. Apache is for avarage riders below 5.5 height and who is strict with economic speed.Read More

Hi Mohan, When you apply sudden breakes and if you are sure that speed is decreasingly rapidly than use clutch to shift gears simultaneously with breaking. The engine sound you mentioned may be because your gears stuck while breaking or because you break and accelerate simultaneously. Just ch...eck with service man what is the problem. Dont use very tight rear and front brakes. Make it somewhat loose and adjust your breaking habit. Tight breakes are mostly responsible for skidding.Read More

Decide your bike: 1. Apache: If your height below 5 feet 10 inches and you want power racer bike with muscular looks and fuel economy and maximum safety. Front side looks very good but rear side looks OK, not very good. 2. Unicorn: If your height is above 5 feet 5 inches and you want power r...acer bike without muscular looks with maximum comfort and fuel economy. 3. CBZ Extreme If your height is above 5 feet 5 inches and you want power bike with stylish looks and not at all bothered about fuel economy. OLD CBZ was ultimate but CBZ gear shifting style does not suits everybody. 4. Pulsar DTS-I If your height is above 5 feet 5 inches and you want power racer bike with stylish looks and fuel economy with OK safety. All Bajaj bikes require high maintenance after 3 years of riding. Pulsar fuel tank design might not suit everybody. Read More
