We need to understand that a normal child like Tapasya has turned into a bad girl because of what she is being through. No child would want her parents to giv extra attention and love to someone else and Tapasaya's parents ofcourse are adding to her frustration. I am not againstthem caring for Ichch...a, what the can do best is buy Ichcha & her mother a seperate house and keep paying a monthly pocketmoney to them This way Tapasya would not feel ignored . A child when igored & neglected takes to a wrong path to get his /her parents attention back, and Tapasaya is doing the same thing. She is not a bad person, but if she faces such unjustified behavior of her parents she turn into a psychologically disturbed child.
