What's the point in buying a product when the insurer does not settle your claim on time. That shows the lack of fulfilling their commitment and also shows how unprofessionally they handle the customers so irresponsibly. As regards the customers not being greeted, I appreciate your views on the company. But I didn't understand the return part of the policy as Mediclaim policies are not an investment policy where you could expect a return in monetary terms
