My name is Santosh . I joined Bajaj Allianz initially they said they are going to pay 16K apart from that 2k for petrol allowance and 2k for mobile bill. 1st month I did not get the salary they said will get it from next month. Then the 2nd month also they did not credit my salary, I asked with my manager he told he will check with Zonal manager. The Zonal manager told that need to check with on that and he will get back later. It took around 30 days at last my branch manager forced me to resign the job. Every day he started to force me and at last at 10.30 in the night I resigned my because of pressure.
The Zonal manager Tushar kanth he is big MF. So please do not join Bajaj Allianz . its a big F**K in company.
MBA graduates beware of Bajaj Allianz. Even who want to take a Insurance please do not prefer Bajaj Allianz. I have see what exactly goes in the company.
