did not face any issue mentioned by you - Depends how you change the gear, it has slipper clutch, so do not hold the lever full. fuel gauge is an issue, acceptable. Pillion rider, add new back rest, pillion is safe. it has lot of power so pillion gets pushed back.

They send lousy technicians and with no proper tools and charge high prices of service. we spent Rs. 9000 and still struggling. I bought new Innova V in Nov 2013. It is a great vehicle. I do city and Highway both. Travelled to Orissa and back from Bangalore. Had to drive 50 kms where there was no road and went through a river. It was 100% off roading in Maoist area. It did not cry at all. Gave a mileage of 12.8. Third row is... comfortable, but you cannot expect lot of space similar to front seat. but third is hardly used. Go ahead and invest in One. Car performs very well, I have driven it max 160 on a free streatch and it is stable, As all TATA engines have slower revolution the issue with 2nd gear power will be there, if resolved the mileage will go down.
