I had contacted pureit jaipur office for the replacement of battery but to my surprise none of the staff deputed for the purpose has bothered to contact me. I feel humiliated by the lukewarm behaviour of the said company which at the time of purchase of the article assure of the free service and rep...lacement within 24 hours is totally false and without any hold. I remind you to arrange to replace the battery or otherwise I will have to take the help of consumer court and where you will be asked to repay the amount which has been invested in purchasing the pureit alongwith penality.
