On 19th Jun 2015 I called Easy Cabs, Bangalore to book a cab to take my family at 9:30 AM on 20th(yesterday) from my residence to a place 16 km away. The booking was confirmed through an SMS informing my booking id as A062000051 and with an assurance that half an hour before the scheduled journey, the driver's name and phone No as well as the cab's regn No would be informed to me through SMS.
Till 9:40 AM I did not get any kind of communication from Easy Cabs. On calling them I was told, "Sorry, no cabs available!". I was shocked and was at a loss to plan what to do next.
I was angry too and told the person that he could do that at that hour without forewarning me! I had used their services before a few times and that I never expected irresponsibility of this sort from them. I asked him to suggest what should I do next.
To any type of my talks he was just replying like a parrot, " Very sorry, sir. No cabs available!" and nothing else.
Exactly similarly they did a time before and I thought it was a stray case. Now I know that Easy Cabs are irresponsible, careless and inefficient! It is a shameless company!
