I agree with Mr. Gautham.....I have discussed with him....and upkar is a bl00dy fraud.... please check papers and you'll get to know there is only one conversion order for 3 layouts... if you apply thru RTI you'll find out that the layout is fraud and has no proper conversion papers... this ...matter is with CREDAI KARNATAKA...........who will also throw them soon......Read More
