Hello.. I also booked Tiago Brown on May 2nd. They told me waiting period of 4 Weeks but they did not give me delivery even I waited for above 10 weeks. There is no response from either Tejaswi Motors and Tata Motors even I complained multiple times. I cancelled my booking and bought Maruti Celerio ...now ... I am very happy with that. I really do not like to attitude of showroom people towards customers. Worst thing is ESCALATION POLICY... It is utterly bad at Tata Motors. If I complained against a show room means Tata Motors should not pass and leave the request to Tejaswi Motors to take care rather they should deal individually and work with show room people to resolve the problem of customer. My suggestion is to go for another car. Tiago is just a competitor to other car but great sole performer.Read More
