Hello. I also booked Tiago Brown on May first week at Tejaswi Motors Hyderabad. They told me waiting period of 4 Weeks at the time of booking. Even though Tata Motors extended the waiting period, Tejaswi Motors promised me to deliver the vehicle in 6-7 weeks. But they did not give me delivery even I waited for above 11 weeks. There is no response from either Tejaswi Motors and Tata Motors even I complained multiple times. I was very frustrated with behavior and attitude of Tejaswi Motors and cancelled my booking at last and bought Maruti Celerio now . I am very happy with that now . I really do not like to attitude of showroom people towards customers as they do not reveal anything until I go to showroom even though I was continuously on touch with executives, supervisor and Manager on call.
Worst thing is ESCALATION POLICY. It is utterly bad at Tata Motors. If I complained against a show room means Tata Motors should not pass and leave the request to Tejaswi Motors to take care rather they should deal individually and work with show room people to resolve the problem of customer. Tata Motors did not give any response and simply auto closed the request.
My suggestion is to go for another car. Tiago is just a competitor to other cars in the market but NOT a great sole performer.
