Thanks for the comments! I have decided to opt out of membership since my expierence was not very encouraging to go ahead with membership. I somehow feel that the reservation process is a black box. I can see a lot of people share the same view in this forum. But I should say the customer ...service (especially Viji) is quite helpfull trying to solve the issue, they infact kept calling me once I had said I want to opt out of my membership. But since I have doubt on the whole concept itself I had opted out and I had initiated the refund process. I was promised that th refund would happen after 40 days. I really hope that the concept will get mature and become customer friendly so we all can really enjoy.Read More
