HN fails to reflect this VAR, service tax in their cost estimates. I haven't had this surprise from other builders. So, be aware.. In all aspects interactions with this builder are poor. Sales guys lie, ours even tried to change square foot rate after taking the advance, offer to refund your money i...f you are not agreeable (there are other people waiting, Sir)....just a bunch of unethical crooks riding on the high demand and hype around Hiranandani.Read More
