I did receive a single immediate call from Indiatimes, from the Solution Team, named Mr Farooq. I appreciate his concerns, but what I can tell you that he's basically just like the others. I requested a daily call from him, because as a customer, my worries will be eased if I will get informed frequ...ently about what's really happening. He said yes, 'absolutely ma'am.' Because of lack of trust, I asked his mobile number, so I can approach him directly in case if he never call me back. And he said, 'we are not authorised for that.' Trust me, that's the only sentence they know by heart. That's how ridiculous is indiatimes customer service. Yet, he said he would provide me his personal email id, thus I can reach out to him any time. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when I asked him to email me from his email if instead of taking it down during our phone conversation. Because, guess what, he did neither of that. He didn't email me and he also didn't call me again as he promised. So, that's the prove how far is Indiatimes concern about their customers problem. I'm in serious discussion with a legal team about the chances to take this case to the court. And based on the amount of unsatisfactory reviews towards indiatimes, I can say that the chances is good. Let them be served as per the law for fraud and cheating on us.Read More
