Thanks for your comments. I am a red member myself. However, for whatever reason it being the blocking of inventory by some members or otherwise, I am suffering. I dont think Club Mahindra is paying enough attention to this. I never bothered about it but now I am finding that I have accumulated holi...days but have never been able to take it because of lack of reservations. I dont think this problem is mine alone. When I faced it, I looked around on the internet and what I find that there are even purple members who are ruing their decision. Also this whole new category of purple is nothing but selling best days of year to outsiders. If they are so caring about members, why are they selling to corporates and outsiders. I have become very bitter overtime, I now have a serious doubt on their intentions. They are no better than country club or suman motels. On top of it, I dont think club mahindra is timeshare. It is simply a holiday company. (I define timeshare as complete shared ownership of a property). I agree that their Coorg resort is good. But they have very few like them. And the problem is not resorts quality of their owned resorts. Problem is that there are no reservations. There are far too many members and too less resorts. There is no availability. And they dont care for it once you become member. You keep suffering while they are busy adding more members through a voracious salesforce which makes a very high commission per sale.Read More

Even members cant get a reservation. But free vouchers are still a priority because you are a non-member, a potential customer who can still be trapped. I am sure they will listen to you soon.

Great advert. Holidays are not bad. But there are no rooms for members. Rooms are available if you are doing one time holiday or corporate customers.
