Club mahindra has been very successful over past years, so much so, that they have more members and less resorts. I am an old member of Club Mahindra. I now find it completely changed. There are no reservations, customer service has gone down, it is difficult to get holidays which keep accumulating an d on top of that, ASF keeps increasing. They have become cheaters overtime with their success.
They are selling holidays now to corporate and one time holidayers once they have trapped us all in. This feels so cheating. I am now rueing what to do with it. It is impossible to get a reservation now. There marketing force is completely oblivious of all these as they make almost 25000 rs per sale. That is a humogous sum. That is why their marketing has such momentum while customer service is completely lacking.
I think all Club Mahindra members should come together and apprise senior management of the problems and issues that members are facing. This non-service and unavailability has a very dissatisfying impact on members. I am feeling so cheated that I never thought Mahindra brand name can do such things.
