Further update to this issue. Yesterday I got 2 calls from Yebhi: Mr. Amit - a customer service manager, basically apologised and ensured it wouldn't happen again. Said that my money for both items has been refunded. Thank you for that Amit. 2nd Call from Mr. Co-founder of Yebhi - said that he is ...a co-founder and I believe him because he was fairly patronizing and cocky in his telephonic exchange with me despite dressing it all up in apologies. Tip to the yebhi team - keep your co-founders off the phone next time. Close the issue yourselves. They don't grasp the gravity of any situation they are in. Thank you.Read More

Further update to their attempts at resolving this issue - Yebhi customer support has contacted me today again and they have said that they have refunded the amount for the nokia bluetooth headset as well. I'm a man of my word an therefore as promised I will take down this review from mouthshut - bu...t only after I get confirmation from my bank regarding the same - which is only fair considering how cunning the yebhi team has been in handling this issue so far. Frankly you deserve every ounce of negative publicity you receive and then some. What I can tell readers is this - Yebhi does listen to it's mouthshut complaints. I wonder sometimes why I bothered emailing them so many times in the first place. Should have just come straight to mouthshut. In any case, I am somewhat satisfied that justice has been done. Final post will be done when I confirm receipt of refund.Read More

Just a follow up regarding this issue - Don't be fooled by the 'Response Received' Stamp just now placed by mouthshut. A response is hardly a resolution. So I got a call from Yebhi yesterday - 03-02-2012. The individual tried to give me a yebhi gift voucher for the same amount as the shoes. I obvi...ously refused - don't want anything more to do with this company. To his credit he now says that a refund for the shoes amount is being done and I should be getting that amount in around 7-8 days. As for the bluetooth headset - he acted unaware and I call your bluff sir - if you have read about one complaint in the above post, how could you have missed out on the bluetooth headset complaint. He claims that it will be looked into and that will be refunded as well. To the Yebhi.com team - I sure hope that this time - you are telling the TRUTH because if you are lying, I swear to god I will spend 100 times the amount that I paid for these two items to ensure I bleed your company dry through legal means and negative publicity.
