I will try to keep my review of this site short since I am definitely pursuing a legal route and am almost certain that I will be able to take down this company for what it is - a scam in the guise of a nice ecommerce portal.


So to begin with, I have purchased two items from this site - a Nokia bluetooth headset with order number YBH694871 and a pair of geox shoes - order number YBH623671.


I bought the shoes and headset approximately 1 month apart each other. How many of these two items do I currently own? ZERO - that's right as you will read, I have no items left but they have my money so that's what I call the mother of all scams. In case you are in a hurry - I warn you the potential customtakeouter of Yebhi.com - stay away from this site! It is a total scam!


The shoes that I bought? They arrived by mail in pathetic packaging. The box was in tatters but shoe looked fine. Long story short in just over 2 weeks the shoe sole separated from the main shoe. These are office shoes - I hardly go hiking in them. They are supposed to be Geox a good brand for shoes but I think these are either fake or refurbished i.e. stuck with regular glue. Oh this wont do. I send an email to customtakeouter support. In the mean time I had bought a Nokia bluetooth headset.


Guess what the headset didn't work either? Sad coincidence? Hardly - take a look at all the reviews previously by other users - Yebhi seems to be sourcing their products from some dodgy sources i.e. counterfeit or second hand or both. How do you get two orders wrong at the same time?


I was willing to look beyond both these poor products and sent them an email requesting them to return my money OR replace the products that don't work/are damaged. No response. Absolutely nothing. After sending the mail to escalations@yebhi.com I get some sort of a response but only regarding the bluetooth headset. They said - return the bluetooth headset in the original packaging - so I do it through bluedart as they instructed me to do. But then I keep asking them what about the shoes - how do I return those - no response. Honestly - I have never seen anything like this. After 2 weeks someone replies to my mail saying return the shoes through bluedart. Simultaneously someone else mails me saying they cannot replace the item because I do not have the original packaging of the shoe(which arrived in tatters might I add).


Eventually after so many phone calls and emails they have me send both items to them. What items do I get back? Absolutely nothing. Eventually they stop replying to my emails. Just to make it clear - every single communication I had with them was polite, concise and to the point - there is not excuse for them to not reply to me. They tried claiming that what was returned was not in the'30 day period' but that is total BS because not replying with instructions on how to return i.e. bludart code amounts to deliberately delaying and despite this delay items were returned on time you LIARS.


These people are cheats, liars and scam artists. Stay away people unless you want to see your money go down the toilet. Bigscambazaar.
