Yes I'm quite sure it was Knitters. I've no reason to give false information about this establishment since I don't know any of them personally. This is what I went through and I'm entitled to put up my review, be it bad or good. They are good at what they do and that is specifica...lly why I went to them. I never questioned their skill or ability to do their work. But just because they are good, doesn't give them a license to treat people with disrespect; no excuses whatsoever. And Mr. John and Ms. Lisa : I'm glad that this didn't happen to you. But u weren't there to witness what happened. So without being physically present; you both really can't just say 'No way' or 'It isn't true..' You had good reviews to say about Knitters and I respect what you say. That's the reason why I'm not commenting anything negative on your reviews saying what you are saying isn't true! But no establishment is perfect.
