I've been shopping with Netmeds for quite a while now.


I shop for my parents and its a great relief for them as they dont have to wait in any long queues at the medical stores. These medicines reach them at the doorstep without much of a hassle.


They definitely have a lot of pros and cons.


First of all the discount percentage is quite good, much higher than what I get from the local stores. And believe me, I did my research!


The medicines are all good and they come with a good expiry date as well.


But they do have some irritating habits like at first allowing you to do the transaction and then after a few days, they will mail you telling that a certain medicine is not available and that they would refund the amount to your account. It takes time, but then it does get refunded without any problem.


The delivery takes a lot of time as well.


But, they always give a customer satisfaction balance into your netmeds wallet if we have expressed our concerns against any dissatisfaction faced.


So over all, its good.! One of a kind pharmacy.!
