This is very clearly a planted review. My experience also suggests that the company is inefficient and needs to make a lot of improvement. They need to send email confirmation immediately after purchases are made. And they need to make sure someone is answering all the customer care numbers and repl...ying to customers' emails. I made a purchase of about 37,000 rupees and havent got even an email confirmation. Plus couldn't get through to the customer care number despite calling 10-15 times during a working day. So have no clue what happened to my order. Nobody answers the phones. Could be problems of an over-loaded startup, but really needs to improve dramatically to attain customer satisfaction.Read More
