I'm not too sure about the mileage dude. I'm getting about 43K/L keeping my speed generally between 50 - 60 km/h. I guess thats the best this bike will deliver. The bulbs used for the Pulser 200 & 220 headlights are pretty good. You might want to try them. And I'm not pretty sure what you mean by 'I don't hope so'..
