I had same issue with Airtel customer casre. I have booked 2 complaints in last 2 months. First complaint i finally had to fix the problem myself as no Airtel engineer turned up. Yesterday (May 16,2010 @ 8PM) i again logged a complaint about no signal issue and was told engineer will attend on May 1...7,2010 before 12PM. But till now (8PM) no one has even called but i received SMS syaing problem is resolved. I tried to call customer care was on hold for sometime and then when i asked to put to Supervisor i was put on never ending hold. Had to disconnect after close to 20mins hold. I would not recommend Airtel DTH to any one.Read More
