Hi, I do not agree with what ever my friend Sanjay has posted, I have a very good impression about the company as I also worked for ValueLabs and found it very employee friendly. I totally disagree with the statement that the Head HR of the company is very abusive and aggressive type of person.... Infact, he is one of that kind who has lot of patience to listen and understand the problems of his associates. He has been infact identified as one of the best managers in the industry. I have seen him taking out time to arrange personality development classes and addressing people at Ramakrishna Math. Our friend Sanjay's comment is clearly reflecting that he has some personal grudge on him and on the organisation. Not to worry...this kinda things keep happenning in industry. Its an indication that ValueLabs is growing...Muy best wishes are with the company. It has given me a great platform to grow in my career and for which I am grateful to them.Read More
